REFUND POLICY
NSSICON 2027 – Thanjavur – 5, 6 & 7th of February 2027
The Organising Committee is committed to provide a transparent and fair refund process. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your registration.
1. Refund Schedule
Cancellation Received: On or before 30 November 2026
Refund Eligibility: 50% of the registration fee
Cancellation Received: 1 December – 31 December 2026
Refund Eligibility: 25% of the registration fee
Cancellation Received: From 1 January 2027 onwards
Refund Eligibility: No refund
Note: GST, payment gateway charges, and applicable bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
2. Conference Cancellation or Postponement
If the conference is cancelled by the Organising Committee due to unforeseen circumstances, delegates will receive a refund of the registration fee after deduction of any non-recoverable statutory or payment processing charges, where applicable.
If the conference is postponed, registrations will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled dates. The Organising Committee will communicate available options to registered delegates.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the conclusion of the conference and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
4. Organising Committee Decision
The decision of the Organising Committee regarding cancellations, refunds, and exceptional circumstances shall be final and binding.
