Welcome to the official website of NSSICON 2027. By accessing this website and registering for the conference, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or completing your registration.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or registering for NSSICON 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration

  • Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from the Conference Secretariat.
  • Registration is personal and may not be shared or transferred with another individual.
  • The Organising Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

3. Registration Fees

  • Registration fees are as published on the official conference website.
  • All applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, are payable in addition to the registration fee unless otherwise specified.
  • Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion charges shall be borne by the participant.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund requests will be processed strictly in accordance with the published Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the conference website.

5. Programme Changes

The Organising Committee reserves the right to modify the scientific programme, speakers, venue, schedule, workshops, or social events without prior notice if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Conference Cancellation or Postponement

If the conference is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organising Committee, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events, the Committee shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other consequential expenses incurred by participants.

7. Delegate Conduct

Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the conference.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the conference, without any entitlement to a refund.

8. Photography and Recording

Photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken by the organizers during the conference for educational, promotional, and archival purposes.

By attending NSSICON 2027, delegates grant permission for their image or likeness to appear in such materials unless they notify the Organising Committee in writing before the event.

9. Intellectual Property

All conference presentations, abstracts, proceedings, logos, trademarks, website content, and other conference materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be reproduced, distributed, published, or transmitted without prior written permission from the Organising Committee or the respective copyright holder.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference administration, communication, and related activities.

Information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for conference operations.

11. Liability

While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure the successful conduct of the conference, the Organising Committee shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, theft, accident, or inconvenience suffered by delegates during or in connection with the conference.

Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, medical insurance, and personal belongings.

12. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems or data.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the conference or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.
